Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate your business and want to Thank You for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. However if your not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please read our return policy in full.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) calendar days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in same condition it was received, new and unused condition, with all original labels, accessories, and/or documents

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of our item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed in full.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@jpsaudio.com to obtain a Return form and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After you receive a RMA number, mail your item in its original packaging with your proof of purchase and return form to the address below with RMA number visible on package.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return to keep your return process efficient.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at info@jpsaudio.com to arrange for an exchange within 14 calendar days.

Please Note:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns that are not in new resale condition

  • Shipping charges will be deducted from refund

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost

  • Customer must contact us for a return/refund request within 15 calendar days of receiving the product

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and documents

  • There should be no damage to product or shipping package or we have the right to deny the claim

  • Return/Refund request after 15 days will be denied

  • Customer must have a properly filled out return form, RMA number, and original proof of purchase

  • If product that is being returned more than $100 in value we suggest you get additional insurance to protect from any damage that may be caused by shipping carrier

  • Please allow 3-5 business days to process return/refund request

  • Refund payment may take an additional 7 -10 business days to see funds in account depending on your bank. If customer has not received funds after 10 business days please email info@jpsaudio.com

  • Product sent to return address after 14 days will be denied refund or exchange unless other arrangements have been made between both customer and JP's Audio

 

Tezla Audio Warranty

Tezla Audio offers a 30 day easy return for all Tezla Audio products that have not been opened or tampered with. Shipping cost on returns are the clients responsiblity. Tezla Audio offers a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty directly through Tezla Audio. To start a claim, please email us at info@jpsaudio.com, tezlaaudio@tezlaaudio.com or call 1(800)425-0753 to recieve a RMA number which will be required for any warranty claim. All Tezla Audio products have serial numbers on both product and box which is attached to your order number so all documentation must match and remain untouched or untampered with for warranty claim to be valid, so if you purchased a new product from us and tried to swap serial numbers with a used product the warranty claim will be denied. Scratches or normal wear and tare from use by the customer is not considered a warranty claim.

Customer is responsible for all warranty claim shipping expenses. Please properly package your equipment so no damage is done due to shipping.

      We will try to get the warranty claim processed as fast as possible but please understand this could take up to a few weeks. After receiving the product we will have to process the claim which will include but not limited to, checking serial numbers, testing equipment, evaluating wither product is within our guidelines of being repaired or replaced.

If you don't know how to properly install car audio equipment we encourage you to watch some of our how to videos for better understanding of proper installation techniques or take the install to a professional.

 

The warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misusing the products, abuse, modification of the product outside of the integrity of the original state of the product, or operating the product outside of the specifications in which the product was designed which may include but is not limited to

  • Powering an amplifier with the wrong type and/or gauge wiring

  • Not using proper fusing techniques and accessories to properly protect the equipment

  • Wiring an amplifier lower than its recommended impedance which can cause the amplifier to overheat and/or go into protect mode causing internal damage

  • Not properly adjusting gains and crossovers which could cause clipping, distortion, or excessive powering to subwoofers damaging both subwoofers and amplifiers

  • Burning a voice coil or motor shift from using the wrong enclosure and improper tuning

  • Any other scenario of this nature, etc..

If your order is considered covered under the warranty then will ship the repaired or replaced product to you free.

If your order has no found issues and you want it sent back you will be billed for shipping costs as stated earlier.

We offer re-cone kits for most 1.5k series subwoofers and all 2.0k series subwoofers.

No Warranty on 2.0k series subwoofers, must purchase re-cone kit.
